New Book on How to Get Started with Digital Signage and Displays


Digital Signs and Displays for DummiesThis week, a new book - Digital Signs & Displays For Dummies - became available which explains how digital signs and displays can cut through market clutter and information overload.

Newroom Media and Scala win again with holyfields restaurant's interactive ordering system!

Newroom Media and Scala have won again!Viscom_DSBPA_1000px_winner2011

During the Viscom Show in Dusseldorf (Germany) it was announced that the Interactive Ordering System at Holyfields Restaurant has won the Digital Signage Best Practice Award 2011 in the category Interactive Signage.


P1050273 - 2010-12-09 um 23-27-17_IMPROVED QUALITY_with snapshot copyThis installation is a reference project for succesfully integrating various technolgies, such as RFID and a third party cashier system, in a digital signge network; powered by Scala.

The system that Newroom Media has created combines digital menu boards with an interactive ordering system, using great technology and fantastic content.
